Thanks for the ans. brother. Yes it needs to make clear what I mean by "accountability of taking food" Somebody says if you eat and eat (more than usual) you do not answer for that in Akhira (Hereafter) for eating more food. I think it is clear now. Waiting for getting Ans.

Walaikum Assalam brother, please clarify what you mean by "Eating in Ramadhan".

If you mean eating while fasting then we all know that this breaks and thus nullfies your fast so there must be accountability since breaking your fast purposefully and intentionally without a Shari'ah reason is a sin. If however you have a sharee reason for breaking your fast i.e. a women starts her menses while she is fasting or a person vomits while fasting this also breaks and thus nullfies your fast but there is no accountability since in previous Q&A's (http://answers.ahadith.co.uk/509/fasting-exempted-when-person-ill-later-has-make-now-question) exemptions to fasting have been given and these 2 examples count as exemptions to not fasting, though the missed fast will have to be made up.

And Allah knows best... your brother in Islam
